    Zac has been a fast-mover since the moment his feet hit planet earth. Participating and competing as an athlete, he has always been driven by new challenges. Football, baseball, wrestling, bodybuilding, and, most recently, the world of power-lifting, are all very familiar territories for Zac. His diverse experience and successes in athletics have spawned a passion for learning how to move functionally and feel healthy all the time…not just sometimes.  Zac has made it his mission to help others achieve a higher level of health and wellness while obtaining their goals safely, enjoyably, and efficiently.

    Zac’s professional fitness journey began in 2012 when he became employed as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness while simultaneously competing as an NPC bodybuilder.  Since then, he has also worked as an independent personal trainer and as an employee at top-tier health and fitness organizations throughout the South Bay Area.

    After “cutting his teeth” as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness, Zac realized the industry and career path he chose offered a pathway to education and this needed to be explored. Zac pursued and earned professional credentials from the National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM) and the National College of Exercise Professionals (NCEP).  He often attends additional training seminars to expand his depth of knowledge as it relates to the disciplines of nutrition, wellness and fitness.  Most recently, Zac attended a TRX Functional Training seminar where he became a certified TRX instructor.

    While constantly hunting for new and improved knowledge to master his craft, Zac has used his experience and practical knowledge to mold his multi-dimensional approach to client training programs.  He is driven by his mission to promote a healthy lifestyle, and he looks forward to continuing his passion for training each-and-every day.
