Kelli’s ultimate goal is to help clients achieve optimum results however big or small the goal may be. She has one fitness philosophy – GET MOVING! Kelli is passionate about educating people on fitness and the importance of staying physically active with balanced eating habits. Her fun and quick wit approach to working out is inviting to clients of all abilities and skill levels.
Kelli is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. She is a certified OTF (Orange Theory Fitness) instructor and has been teaching both individual and group fitness for over six years.
Kelli helps her clients achieve their goals by structuring and implementing workouts that are time and energy efficient to maximize results. Her focus to detail in every component of her client programming helps her clients understand how to “work smarter not harder”. Kelli’s positive energy is palpable and her clients can’t help but to feel that positivity and smile…even when she’s pushing them to their personal and physical limits. Ultimately, Kelli prepares her clients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve their ambitions.
In her spare time, you won’t find Kelli too far from the gym. But, when she is away she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and beach activities. No matter where she is or what she may be doing, you can count on the fact that she’ll be going at it hard and fast!
