We empower FTA participants to learn and care for their physical skills, performance, and their mental and emotional well-being.
Camps include:
- All female classes - coached by experienced & qualified female health & fitness professionals
- Daily workouts - focusing on dynamic movement, relative strength, & skills development to support ALL sports & activities
- Focus on female specific issues - nutrition, hormones, pre & post fueling, hydration, self-confidence, overcoming fears, sleep, & time management
- Mental & emotional support - self & group check-ins, intention setting, journaling, daily gratitude practice, tips for dealing with stress & anxiety in a positive way
- Personal coach-athlete check-ins - text or email for support, encouragement, & accountability
All within an environment where the female athlete is treated with the respect and care they deserve.
