At Red Dot Fitness we’ve earned a lot of attention lately. Have you seen our new facility? It’s awesome. If we were you, we’d have questions too – we get it. When you look at all we have to offer, it’s easy to draw parallels between us and things familiar to you. A gym. CrossFit. Orange Theory – we have heard it all. And that’s why it’s important to help you understand who we are and what we do because we’re not like any other place you’ve ever been or any other fitness program you’ve ever tried. We are Red Dot Fitness.

The Basics

Let’s start with the basics of who we are – our foundation. We’ve been in business since 2010 and in that time we’ve relied on tried and true fitness methodologies and evidence based research to help people get fit, have fun, and be healthy.

We’re not into gimmicks, we’re not a fad, we’re not even something new. We create custom personal training programs for every single client. We get to know you first, understand your goals and the things you enjoy doing, delve into any health issues or restrictions you may have, and then custom tailor a fitness program just for you.

We’re better than the Gym.

First off, we’re not a gym. You don’t pay a membership fee and then use our facilities as you please. Our business model revolves around personalized attention to you and custom programs to help you get fit and stay healthy in a way that works best for you as an individual.

When you think about it, this can help avoid a lot of “gym-barrassment.” You know what we’re talking about – walking into a gym and feeling overwhelmed by all of the choices in front of you. Which equipment should you use and how should you use it? We want you to know what each piece of equipment in our facility is for and how to use it. Furthermore, we want you to know what group of muscles you’re working, why and how a certain exercise benefits you. We want to help ensure you stay injury-free while still providing you with the workout and accountability you need to reach your fitness goals.

We also endeavor to make sure you’re getting something valuable. Your time is important and we think working out as efficiently as possible helps to keep you motivated. One hour with us with delivers the best service and best workout possible.
