Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach & Personal Trainer
NSCA, Pn1, CPPC
Taylor's passion for nutrition began when she was in high school. Due to constant digestive issues and frustration with losing weight, she and her dad began researching and seeking answers to their own nutrition questions and personal challenges with health and fitness. After many trips to the grocery store and some serious dietary changes, she noticed a difference in her gut health, her weight, and in her sport performance. Taylor was hooked on the science and benefits of nutrition, thus sought a bachelor of science degree in health and human sciences at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) in southern California. While in college she continued a positive relationship with exercise and was an avid amateur runner always entering local races/events/competitions.
After graduating from LMU, Taylor immediately became employed at a gym with the desire of becoming a personal trainer. At this point in her journey she discovered her passion for weight lifting and whole body health. At the gym, there was a library of books in the back room which she voraciously consumed, broadening her already solid foundation of nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management.
Taylor worked as a personal trainer before taking a job as a health coach for a specialized medical clinic. At the clinic she helped countless patients realize a healthy body weight and improve their overall health and wellbeing. She took on a position at the clinic focusing on patients receiving bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). This experience provided her unique insight and knowledge into the important and often misunderstood components of hormonal health.
In 2019, Taylor became a full time mom after having her daughter, Ava. Even during her time off work, she pursued more certifications and education, a remote coaching job, and started her own small business. She holds a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) , Precision Nutrition level 1 (Pn1), and pre and postnatal coaching certificate (CPPC). Since Taylor’s first certification, there hasn't been a moment where she wasn't enrolled in something; she’s always had a desire to ‘know more, dig deeper, and help others.’
In her free time, Taylor loves spending time with her family and their two crazy Aussies, reading up on the latest nutritional research, and working out in her garage gym. She also loves getting together with good friends on the weekends and just enjoying life as much as she can.
